Elle Decor featured a product from the Pablo Designs line of lighting. I’m a believer in having the proper lighting in any space and am always looking for interesting yet purposeful pieces. Enter the Link. Designed by Peter Stathis for Pablo Designs, the Link task lamp is a modernized pantograph lamp with a dual purpose handle and LED lighting. Beauty and performance is balanced in this colorful accent lamp. I’ll take one in white or green.
And while I’m onto Pablo and “his” terrific products… I’m also keen on two more lamps. They’re different then the typical mix of lamp base topped by typical lamp shade. The Lighthouse lamp looks just like its design intention – a lighthouse. Designed by Pablo Pardo, it has two “shade” options, glass or fabric, and depending on the way the shade is positioned, reflects light up or down and where needed.
And teetering it all off is the Ilene lamp. Its been around a few years but would be a nice way to dress up your cubicle corner or a guest bedroom. Simply pivoting on its metal spine edge, this woven fabric shade floats atop the base with an adjustable suspension counterweight. I love its simplicity and originality.
