Art to the Mix.

The Corcoran is mising it up next month at Artini 2010… 1/2 Mixology, 1/2 Martini and 100% Art. Throughout the month of March, 12 of the city’s top mixologists will compete to create the most artistic martini! Each ‘artini’ as it’s referred to, is inspired by a work featured in the Corcoran’s current exhibition A Love of Europe: Highlights from the William A. Clark Collection.

Sashay into any of these participating restaurants all month long to sample one of the 12 artini inspirations and their talented mixologists:

To top ita ll off, the 1869 Society will host a post Artini benefit on March 27th, where the winning artini will be revealed! Tickets are going for $85 for members of the Corcoran Gallery of Art and $100 for non-members. Interested in voting? Head here to choose your mixologist and artinit of the year. Who so you think the winner should be??
