4. Main-Floor Master Suite

5. Outdoor Living Room

6. Ceiling Fans

7. Master Suite Soaker Tubs

8. Stone and Brick Exteriors

9. Community Landscaping, With Walking Paths and Playgrounds

10. Two-Car Garages

    Very nice blog. I didn’t read the entire yahoo article, but have to disagree with must have #7 Master Suite soaker tub, much rather have either an outdoor hot tub or an extra large shower, unless the soaker tub comes with a cleaning person! 🙂
