To Me: Less Shabby. More Chic.

Most of us are aware that one of the  biggest trends in home decor is the Hollywood Regency style. Looks made famous by iconic design stars such as Dorothy Draper, Kelly Wearstler, Jonathan Adler among many others encompass this popular style associated with glitz, glamour and celebrity of the mid-century era. The more fashionable bamboo furniture pieces by classic Thomasville, Henry Link, Dixie and even newer top shelf WS Home have made their way into eclectic homes across the world. I’ve been looking for a new dresser and just this afternoon scored a painted white Henry Link one off of Craigslist. I hope we make great partners as I stuff it full of a soon-to-be-pared down collection of tees, shorts, and LuLuLemon. =) When it’s time to make friends with another color, size, or style, I’m sure there will be plenty of new homeowners ready to recycle this simple and pretty piece.
